Frank Westphal

Frank Westphal is an experienced executive with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at VINCI Deutschland GmbH since September 2022, Frank also holds the positions of Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung at VINCI Energies Deutschland Industry & Infrastructure and Geschäftsführer at VINCI Energies Deutschland since January 2014. In addition, Frank has been Geschäftsführer at Omexom Deutschland and Actemium Deutschland since 2014 and 2008, respectively. Frank Westphal earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from HTWK Leipzig between 1986 and 1990.
