Bilgihan Bircan

Bilgihan Bircan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bilgihan began their career as a System and Ingres database manager at UCI Consultant in 1991, where they developed applications for Ingres database and managed VMS System and Ingres database on different platforms. After working at UCI Consultant for four years, they joined CA Technologies in 1996 as a Senior Technical Consultant Representative, a role they held until 2005. In 2006, they moved to Ingres Corporation, which later became Actian Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Support Engineer until 2014. Bilgihan then transitioned to the role of Principal Support Engineer at Actian Corporation, where they continue to work.

Bilgihan Bircan attended Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1990, and obtained a degree in Engineer for Information Science.
