Janani Moreno Nieves

Janani Moreno Nieves has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Janani worked at Actility from 2017 to the present, starting as an E-Commerce Customer Care Manager and later transitioning to Product and Marketing Manager for IoT Marketplace Services. In their current role as Head of IoT Marketplace Services, Janani is responsible for managing the marketplace team, defining goals and strategies, and overseeing the overall project alignment with Actility's vision. Janani also plays a key role in business development, SEO strategies, and customer care team management.

Before Actility, Janani worked at SoCloz as a Customer Service Manager from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer service operations for over 100 retail brands across multiple European countries. Janani played a key role in defining processes, coordinating translations, and optimizing the service.

Later, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business and Exchanges from the European Studies Institute at the University of Paris VIII from 2011 to 2013.
