Michael Kelsey

Michael Kelsey, PMP, serves as the Director of Project Management at Actineon and Meritronics Inc since July 2021, overseeing various design projects across multiple subsidiaries. Kelsey has extensive experience managing engineering design teams and handling project contracts, budgets, and milestones. Prior project management roles include oversight of new product design projects at LocoLabs LLC, where responsibilities encompassed project lifecycle management and stakeholder communication. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hillsdale College and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and French from The University of Dallas. Kelsey's earlier roles include research positions at The Heritage Foundation and experience in coordinating video board builds.
