Andya Ayiro

Andya Ayiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive management and operations across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Country Director at Women's Power International Centre since February 2019 and concurrently as an Executive Assistant at Action Africa Help International since February 2015, Andya has previously held key roles including Programme Administration Manager at WASH United and Regional Administrator for Sub Sahara Africa at RMA Group. Additionally, Andya has contributed to IBM Global Services as a Senior Operations Program Manager and has a strong background in management, budgeting, and reporting from previous positions at NEPAD, African Union, and Plan International. Andya holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Strategic Management from Maseno University and has foundational education from State House Girls High School.
