Alejandra Borges-Sanchez

Alejandra Borges-Sanchez has a comprehensive background in ABA therapy for autism and behavioral health services. Alejandra started their career as a Teaching Aide at Social Motion Skills in 2012 and then moved on to work as a Lead ABA Therapist at Houston ABA from 2013 to 2015. At Houston ABA, they provided 1:1 ABA interventions to children and teenagers with autism and other developmental disabilities.

In 2015, Alejandra joined Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services as a Program Supervisor, where they continued to contribute to the field. Alejandra later became the Clinical Director from 2016 to 2019 and then transitioned into the role of Associate Regional Director from 2019 to 2021. At Juvo, they gained experience in managing programs, overseeing clinical operations, and providing leadership in the field of autism and behavioral health services.

In 2021, Alejandra moved on to become a Senior Operations Manager at the Center for Social Dynamics and later took on the role of Regional Director. Alejandra successfully led regional teams and contributed to the strategic growth and development of the organization until January 2023.

Alejandra's most recent position is as a Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism, starting in March 2023. In this role, they continue to utilize their expertise in ABA therapy and contributes to the center's mission of providing quality services for individuals with autism.

Alejandra Borges-Sanchez earned a Master's Degree (M.A.) in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology in 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Alejandra has obtained various certifications, including being a Licensed Behavior Analyst and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Alejandra is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
