Dmitry Varzin

Dmitry Varzin has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Dmitry started their career at Quest Group in 2016 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and worked there until January 2019. In 2019, Dmitry joined Netcracker Technology and served as an HR specialist from February to September, after which they were promoted to HR Business Partner until September 2020. From October 2020 to July 2021, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Netcracker Technology. Currently, in 2021, Dmitry is the Head of the Serbia office at Action Engine.

Dmitry Varzin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Analytics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) between 2012 and 2016.
