Don Marini

Don Marini has over 30 years of experience in product development and global sourcing. Don began their career in 1986 as a Project Engineer at Hasbro, Inc. In 1991, they became Director of Engineering at The First Years. Don then moved to Cap Toys, Inc. in 1994 as Vice President of Engineering. In 1998, they were Vice President of Engineering at OddzOn. In 2001, they joined Wild Planet Entertainment, Inc. as Vice President of Product Development and later became Senior Vice President of Product Development in 2007. In 2008, they founded and became President of BIG BANG DEVELOPMENT LLC, a consultancy offering product development solutions. In 2018, they became Chief Operating Officer at Action Face and also founded Gamut Run Partners, LLC, a product development and supplier discovery partner. As President of Gamut Run, they work with business leaders on global sourcing strategies and provides clients with optimal vendor bases. Don has also led global sourcing efforts responsible for $300M of sourcing spend across 21 global manufacturing and development partners.

Don Marini received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell in 1986. Don then attended the Global Leadership / Innovation Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2011.
