Leona Banfield

Leona Banfield is the Founder and Principal of Ginomai Consulting & Training, a position held since September 2020, where a human-centered, behaviour change approach is utilized to assist organizations in navigating change and fostering positive workplace cultures. As an Actionable Consulting Partner since April 2021, Leona continues to influence organizational development. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Programs and Services at Geneva Centre for Autism, where three programs with over 60 employees were supervised, and the Operations Manager for the Ontario Autism Program at Woodview Mental Health & Autism Services, leading a team of over 20 employees through significant changes. Leona held multiple roles at Step by Step Learning Group Inc., starting as an Instructor Therapist and progressing to Lead Instructor Therapist, providing IBI therapy and staff training. Leona holds a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College.
