Senior Software Engineer - Platform Infrastructure at ActionIQ

Jacob Crell's work experience begins in 2013 with an internship in finance and accounting at Celadon Group Inc. This was followed by another finance and leasing internship at Quality Companies, LLC in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an advanced analytics intern at West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm.

From 2016 to 2019, Jacob held the role of data engineering consultant at West Monroe. In this position, they collaborated with dynamic organizations to reimagine, build, and optimize their businesses, leveraging their expertise in both business consulting and technology.

From 2019 to 2021, Jacob served as the Intellio DataOps lead developer and senior consultant at West Monroe, specializing in the acceleration and maintenance of data ecosystems. Jacob played a key role in the development and implementation of an automated, easy-to-maintain pipeline management system.

In 2021, Jacob transitioned to the role of software architect for Intellio Labs at West Monroe, where they continued to contribute to the development and enhancement of data systems.

Jacob's most recent work experience as of 2022 is as a senior software engineer for Developer Experience at ActionIQ.

Jacob Crell received their high school diploma from Hamilton Southeastern High School, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Indiana University Bloomington from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Indiana University, they majored in Economic Consulting & Technology Management, with a minor in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Jacob Crell obtained the certification of Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019.
