Triona Saunders has held various roles in the marketing field since 1999. Triona began their career as a Marketing Executive at Hamilton Osborne King in 1999. In 2002, they became the Chapter Manager of the Urban Land Institute. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Triona then moved to A&L Goodbody, where they served as the Head of Marketing from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they founded Buckley & Partners Consulting, where they work as a marketing consultant, freelance brand strategist, and business development advisor. Triona also became a Marketing & Brand Advisor for Westmeath Global Communications in 2014. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing at Actionstep, leading the brand & demand generation organization for the B2B Saas business in US, APAC, and UK. Additionally, they are a Committee Member for PM Forum Ireland, a voluntary body setting the communications, events & education agenda for Irish members.

Triona Saunders has an education history that includes an MSc in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School (2001-2002), a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute (2011), a BA in Communication Studies from Dublin City University (1996-1999), and Alexandra College (no degree).
