Luke Thompson

Luke Thompson has extensive experience in the visual effects and media industries, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and host of the "Ask An Artist" podcast at ActionVFX since August 2015. The podcast features discussions with industry experts about their experiences and advancements in VFX and technology for film, television, and video games. In addition to overseeing operations, business development, and new product initiatives at ActionVFX, Luke previously contributed as Operations Manager, refining production processes and managing logistics in a growing startup environment. As a self-employed producer since June 2013, Luke has created diverse films and narratives. Recently, Luke served as a guest speaker at a TEDx event in June 2023.
