Joel Prout is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and HR administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Services Officer at Activ Foundation since November 2022, Joel previously held roles at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant and Talent Resourcing Coordinator, focusing on sourcing candidates for blue collar and white collar positions in logistics, manufacturing, and mining. Prior experience includes being a Human Resources Administrator at Luerssen Australia. Joel earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Management and Human Resource Management from The University of Western Australia in May 2022, following education at Hale School from 2011 to 2016.
