Jaymie Forrest is the CEO of Activ Technologies, a company that specializes in electronic cold-pasteurization (ECP) food treatment facilities. Jaymie has over 10 years of experience in supply chain management and has held various positions in this field, including Global Supply Chain Practice Lead at Alexander Proudfoot and Managing Director at the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute.

Forrest has a passion for food safety and has been instrumental in developing Activ Technologies’ ECP technology, which is a chemical-free alternative to traditional pasteurization methods. This technology extends the shelf life of food products without compromising taste, color, or texture.

Forrest is a highly respected leader in the supply chain management industry and is dedicated to providing safe, effective food treatment solutions that protect consumers and the environment.

Jaymie Forrest has a BS in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in Decision Sciences/Operations Management from GSU, and a Certificate in International Marketing from L'Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur. Jaymie is also a Professional Logistics Engineer from the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute.
