Jacob-Alfred Munongo, M.Sc, CHRM, has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jacob-Alfred is currently working as the Human Capital Director at Activa Assurances RDC since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Country Head of Human Resources at Access Bank RDC from April 2014 to April 2022, where they were responsible for providing various HR services, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, and managing HR infrastructure.
