Saleha Rana

Saleha Rana, MBA, is an experienced quality improvement manager currently working at Activate Care since June 2023. Previously, Saleha held significant roles at UNC Health from November 2019 to August 2023, including Quality & Organizational Excellence Leader and PMO Team Lead, where initiatives led to substantial increases in social determinants of health screening and reduction of health disparities among BIPOC patients. Saleha's background also includes roles as a MedServe Fellow at Advance Community Health, focusing on underserved populations, and internships in quality improvement and healthcare marketing. Saleha holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
