C.H. has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, primarily focusing on the IT and health-tech industries. They started their career in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ZALORA Group, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, C.H. joined Circles.Life as an Information Technology Recruiter and found a sense of belonging and happiness in that role. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT at various recruitment agencies. In 2021, they returned to Activate Interactive as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, this time focusing on IT. Most recently, in 2022, they transitioned to MyRepublic as a Talent Acquisition specialist before rejoining Activate Interactive later in the year as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, but this time in the health-tech sector.
C.H. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH).
In terms of additional certifications, C.H. obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower in October 2019 and another CEI (non-FDW) in April 2018. They also completed several online courses and certifications, including Tech Recruiting Foundations, Building Business Relationships, and Public Speaking Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021. C.H. also completed courses such as Competitive Strategy with distinction from Coursera in 2013 and Creating Your Breakthrough Success from VietnamWorks in 2015.
Furthermore, C.H. has completed courses in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University, Writing II: Rhetorical Composing from Coursera, and Managing Difficult People from MindWork Training in 2013. These certifications highlight their commitment to professional development and acquiring additional skills.
