Ronald Hipolito

Ronald Hipolito has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Ronald began their career as a Branch Services Officer at Philamlife Insurance in 2002, where they worked until 2009. Ronald then joined CBM Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Officer from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as a Customer Service Executive at CBM Security Pte. Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. Hipolito then worked as a Technical Consultant at Path Infotech Ltd. from 2013 to 2014, followed by a role as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Randstad Singapore from 2014 to 2015. Ronald later joined Panasonic Asia Pacific as a Service Desk Analyst from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Hipolito is working at Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, where they started as an Operations Engineer in 2019 and was promoted to Lead Operations Engineer in December 2020.

Ronald Hipolito obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at San Miguel High School from 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Ronald obtained the Agile and Scrum Fundamentals certification from NTUC LearningHub in May 2023. Ronald also holds the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in December 2022, and the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in August 2021.
