Lesha has held various leadership positions in companies such as Mace, Ankura, and Starlife (South Africa), showcasing a strong background in management and directorial roles. With a solid educational foundation from University of Westminster and University of KwaZulu-Natal, Lesha is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Programme Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
