Andre Ansah

Andre Ansah serves as the Operations Director at Active Care Group since August 2023, focusing on the strategic leadership, planning, and delivery of healthcare services while ensuring financial and commercial objectives are met. Prior to this role, Andre was a Group Manager at Slough Borough Council from May 2017 to July 2023, overseeing a portfolio of four multi-professional service delivery areas and leading transformation initiatives that generated over £2 million in cost efficiencies. Andre’s career includes positions as Operations Manager and OT Service Manager at OH Assist Limited, as well as leading roles in occupational therapy at Healthcare at Home, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, and Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Brunel University of London and a BA in Criminology from Middlesex University.
