Mitch Pfeifer

Mitch Pfeifer is an accomplished marketing and media professional with extensive experience in lead generation, community engagement, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Lead Generation at ACTIVE™ since July 2023, Mitch also founded Respect My Region in January 2011, a grassroots media platform focused on cannabis, music, and lifestyle. Mitch has contributed significantly as a Board Member and Director of Paid Social at The Seattle World Tour Foundation, working to enhance community equity through events and programming. Previous roles include Marketing Director at Anton Stetner & RESG, where over $250 million in transactions were managed, and Project Manager at 421 Data, which leveraged big data for cannabis industry clients. Additionally, Mitch has experience as Social Media Director for the Dope Music Festival and Executive Producer at Panoramic Dreams. Educationally, Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Washington University.
