Tiffany Snead

Tiffany Snead has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at ActiveHealth Management since August 2016, where responsibilities include assisting members with various programs, handling complex inquiries, managing appointment schedules, and providing system navigation support. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked as a Cashier at The Pride from May 2012 to August 2016, implementing financial transactions and maintaining checkout areas. Tiffany also gained valuable skills during an internship at Mary Kay Cosmetics in early 2016, focusing on sales and event participation, and as a Peer Mentor at the Chicago Scholars Foundation, supporting incoming freshmen at Eastern Illinois University from September 2012 to December 2013.
