Carolyn Lambourne, FCIPD, currently serves as Head of Human Resources at Active-PCB Solutions Ltd since October 2017. Previously, Carolyn held positions as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director at Rank Group, overseeing various HR functions such as employee relations and training. At Royal Mail, Carolyn was instrumental in establishing the HR department for a major distribution center, and earlier, a diverse tenure at British Airways included roles in customer service, operations, and technology management. Carolyn holds multiple advanced degrees in business administration, human resources management, and humanities from prestigious institutions such as Lancaster University and Kingston University.
