Dawson Price

Dawson Price has extensive work experience in the legal field. Dawson started their career as a Judicial Clerk in the Cook County Honors Externship Program in 2012. In 2014, they joined Perkins Coie LLP as an Associate Attorney, where they primarily focused on corporate law, private equity, and venture capital. In this role, they drafted and negotiated transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions as well as equity financing transactions. In 2018, Dawson moved to ActiveCampaign as a Corporate Counsel, providing legal support to the company. Dawson later became the Vice President of Legal and Head of Legal. In 2019, they also joined TechGC as a Charter Member.

Dawson Price pursued their education starting from 2007 at the University of Illinois System, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business in 2011. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Illinois College of Law from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree.
