Enrique Padilla's work experience includes various roles in technical support and customer service. Enrique started their career as a GIS Technician Level 1 at World of Change, Inc in 2013 and then worked at Ross Stores, Inc as a Retail Sales Associate from 2011 to 2014. Enrique then transitioned to the IT field and worked as a Technical Support Engineer Level 1 at Staunch Systems for a brief period in 2014. After that, they joined West Networks LLC as a Technical Support Engineer Level 2, where they managed Level 1 Help Desk Technicians and provided escalated support for advanced technical issues. In 2016, they joined SharpSpring as a Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting email issues and assisting customers with setting up DNS records. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Community Brands as a Technical Support Representative, performing various data manipulation tasks using MS Transact SQL. In 2021, they joined Strava as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing real-time technical solutions to external customers and assisting with activity recording and syncing issues. Currently, they are working at ActiveCampaign as a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2).

Enrique Padilla completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology, Jamaica, from 2006 to 2010. Enrique then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Dakota State University Graduate School, from 2015 to 2017.
