Michelle Bobbett

Michelle Bobbett has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing Intern at H&K International in 2014. Michelle then transitioned to the field of Customer Success, starting as a Customer Success Manager at Pharmapod from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they focused on managing customer relationships, onboarding, and providing ongoing support. Michelle then progressed to become a Manager of Customer Success, where they hired and mentored a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers and monitored team performance. Michelle also gained international experience as a Senior Manager, Customer Success, where they relocated to Sydney to launch an Australian office. Michelle's most recent role was at ActiveCampaign, where they served as a Manager and later a Senior Manager of Customer Success, focusing on strategic customer success and leading the EMEA and LATAM regions. Throughout their career, Michelle demonstrated strong leadership, customer relationship management, and international experience.

Michelle Bobbett has a Certified Project Management Diploma from the Institute of Project Management, which includes IPMA Level D® International Professional Accreditation. Michelle also holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Kingston University. Additionally, Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from University College Dublin.
