Natalie Hayes

Natalie Hayes has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie started their career as a Developmental Communications Intern at Prevent Blindness Wisconsin in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Bureau van Dijk, where they conducted research, prospected into Fortune 500 companies, and developed plans for key accounts. Natalie then joined Outcome Health in 2016 as a Talent Specialist, and later became a Senior Talent Specialist responsible for identifying and attracting passive talent. In 2018, they transitioned to ActiveCampaign as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and eventually became a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Currently, Natalie holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of TA Partners focused on G&A/GTM recruitment globally.

Natalie Hayes has pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
