Rob Girvin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rob began their career as a Student Ministry Intern at Castleton United Methodist Church in 2007. In 2010, they joined Christ Community Church as a Youth Director, where they were responsible for setting strategic direction and programming for student ministry, counseling and mentoring students, and coordinating a volunteer staff. In 2017, they transitioned to Yelp as a Customer Success Manager, specializing in ensuring customer satisfaction. Then in 2019, they joined ActiveCampaign, initially as a Customer Enablement Specialist and later transitioning to an Employee Enablement Learning Specialist role. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Rob Girvin holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, which they earned from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies and Sociology from the same university, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. From 2013 to 2019, Rob pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theology/Theological Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary.
