Sasha Katz

Sasha Katz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Starting from 2009, Sasha worked at Spectrum Health Systems as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Case Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to MetroWest Medical Center as a Mental Health Counselor.

Then, in 2011, Sasha joined Hollister Staffing as a Recruiting Manager, first focusing on Direct Hire Technology and later on Administrative and HR roles. After leaving Hollister in 2013, they moved on to Lucas Group, where they served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant for Human Resources until 2015.

In 2015, Sasha worked as a Recruiter at Motorola Solutions before transitioning to Avant as a Talent Acquisition Manager. At Avant, they played a role in providing online lending solutions to middle-income consumers.

From 2016 to 2017, Sasha worked at Outcome Health as a Strategic Recruiting Partner, managing recruitment for different departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal. They were later promoted to Lead Strategic Recruiting Partner responsible for Provider Solutions.

In 2017, Sasha became a Mentor at VentureSCALE, Chicago's first accelerator focused on helping early-stage technology companies develop sales and revenue strategies.

Since 2018, Sasha has been with ActiveCampaign, first as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and then as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. They led the global TA function and oversaw teams in AMER, APAC, and EMEA, helping the company grow from 150 to over 900 employees worldwide. ActiveCampaign provides a Customer Experience Automation Platform to businesses worldwide.
