Tolga E. has over 17 years of work experience in various roles, including executive positions and consulting work. Most recently, they served as the VP of Business Technology Services at ActiveCampaign starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Engineering at ActiveCampaign from July 2021 until July 2022.

Before joining ActiveCampaign, Tolga worked at Salesforce for 8 years, starting in 2013. During their time at Salesforce, they held positions such as Director of Engineering from April 2017 to July 2021, and Account Manager and Consultant from November 2013 to April 2017.

In 2012, Tolga co-founded Ion Three, a consulting company that specializes in providing high-tech solutions across various industries. Tolga served as a co-founder until April 2017.

Tolga E. has a diverse education history. Tolga started their educational journey by completing high school at TED Ankara Koleji from 1985 to 1994. Following that, Tolga pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University) from 1994 to 1998. Building upon their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of New Hampshire from 1998 to 2000 to obtain a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on Manufacturing and Control Systems. Tolga then further expanded their academic qualifications by pursuing an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, specializing in Finance and Marketing, from 2003 to 2006.
