Svitlana Zhyhulina has a diverse work experience beginning in 2000 as an Office Manager and Translator at Joint Stock Company "Sumykhimprom". Svitlana later worked as a Senior Account Executive and Chief Executive Officer at Limited Liability Company "Sumskie Telekomsistemy" for ten years. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager and Remote Account Executive at Virtual Academy. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Virtual Academy & Shpargalkaege.ru.
