Louis-Philippe Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Louis-Philippe started their career as a Product Ambassador at Desperado Marketing, where they promoted automotive products and conducted product demonstrations at auto shows. Louis-Philippe then joined Volkswagen Group Canada as a Vehicle Administration Coordinator, where they managed new vehicle delivery and national fleet turnover.

In 2011, Louis-Philippe worked as a Ford Tech Trek 2.0 Instructor at Automotive Driving Solutions, conducting training sessions for sales associates at Ford dealerships. Louis-Philippe also worked at Ford Motor Company as a Certified Product Specialist, presenting Ford's products and educating clients on the latest technologies.

Louis-Philippe joined Jaguar Land Rover Canada in 2013 as a Regional Training Coordinator, overseeing the training budget and ensuring compliance with corporate training objectives. Louis-Philippe also worked at Automotive Driving Solutions as a Professional Performance Academy Instructor, delivering sales training and instructing on various topics.

From 2015 to 2018, Louis-Philippe served as the Customer Experience Training Lead at Mercedes-Benz Canada, where they launched the Mercedes-Benz Brand Immersion Experience program and delivered classroom and in-dealership training on various topics.

In 2018, Louis-Philippe joined Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. as a Field Training Manager. In this role, they created and executed the Porsche blended learning strategy, planned and executed in-retailer training experiences and new model launches, and ensured training exceeded objectives.

Currently, Louis-Philippe Roy works at Activix as an Account Director, OEM.

Louis-Philippe Roy began their education in 2005 at Georgian College- Canadian Automotive Institute, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Automotive Marketing. Louis-Philippe successfully completed their studies in 2009. Later in 2009, they enrolled at Northwood University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Automotive Marketing and Management in 2010.
