Dilip Kulasingam has over 18 years of work experience in customer success, consulting, and technical roles. In 2003, they began their career as a Technical Analyst at GE IT Solutions. In 2005, they joined Panorama Software as a Consulting Engineer and Customer Success Manager. Dilip then moved to Clarity Systems in 2009 as a Senior Consultant. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at IBM Canada Ltd. as an Advisory Project Manager. Dilip then joined Vena Solutions in 2012, where they served as the Director of Customer Success and Services Manager. In 2018, they became the Director of Client Success & Support at VersaPay, and in 2020 they were promoted to VP of Customer Success at HomeStars. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ESICS Consulting as a Principal Consultant and ACTO as VP of Customer Success & Support.
Dilip Kulasingam's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Science Engineering from the University of Ottawa in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
