Mette Marie Grandjean Odderskov

Mette Marie Grandjean Odderskov has a diverse work experience across various companies. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President People, Culture & Communication at Actona Group A/S since May 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President HR- Head of People & Culture at the same company starting from October 2021.

Before joining Actona Group, Mette worked at GENERAXION as the Head Of Human Resources for over three years, from January 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they focused on establishing and managing a modern HR team that emphasized digitalization and agility. Their responsibilities included acting as a sparring partner for senior and junior managers, leading M&A due diligence and integration, digitalizing HR processes, strategic HR planning, LMS integration, recruitment, implementing a modern payroll system, and managing a team.

From 2009 to 2017, Mette served in various roles at JUST EAT. Mette Marie started as an HR Executive in January 2014, where they coached managers and implemented HR processes throughout the employee life cycle. Mette Marie also contributed to designing the organization and led initiatives for best practice implementation, people process development, and people systems management. Additionally, they handled payroll controlling, ensured compliance with labor legislation and company policies, supported training initiatives, implemented staff satisfaction surveys, and facilitated incentive schemes and performance objective plans. From July 2012 to December 2013, they worked as an HR PM & Administration Coordinator, and from November 2009 to October 2012, they were a Supervisor in Customer Care.

Earlier in their career, Mette held the position of Ledsager at Ledsageordningen from November 2009 to April 2011, and they worked as a Tjener at Odder Parkhotel from April 2005 to June 2008.
