Stephen R. La Pierre

Stephen La Pierre served as Vice President of the Northeast Region, comprised of eight communities in Pennsylvania. Mr. La Pierre has served the senior living/health care market for more than 30 years as both a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in six states, consulting with and directing operations at continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and hospital-based senior outreach programs, and as a long-term care insurance executive. Steve has directed the opening of new skilled nursing facilities and worked together with staff, residents, families, and regulators to effectively lead campuses through transitions in ownership. Steve advocates for senior rights and health care issues through his membership in state and national LeadingAge associations. As a long-time member of the Rotary Club, Steve participates in community improvement projects and supports local high school students with Rotary Scholarships.
