Heather Poff, SHRM- CP

Heather Poff, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition & HR at Actsoft Inc, where they oversee all aspects of compliance, benefits administration, payroll, compensation, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Additionally, they act as the HRIS Administrator and subject matter expert for the company, managing and mentoring a small team in their department. Previously, Heather worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Actsoft, focusing on talent development and culture. Heather engaged with management at all levels to determine skill requirements and conducted initial interviews and assessments. Before joining Actsoft, Heather served as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. Prior to their work at Actsoft, they were a Division Director at SNI Companies, where they led a team responsible for acquiring new clients and staffing open positions. Heather also held the position of Staffing Manager at Staffing Now and worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Sun Coast Staffing. Heather began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at IPR and later served as an Anesthesia Group Consultant at Anthem Associates.

Heather Poff, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2010. In December 2017, they also obtained a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
