Fabrizio Rasetti

Fabrizio Rasetti began their career as a lawyer, before moving in-house to Actuant Corporation in January 2018. Fabrizio was promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2021. In this role, they head the Legal, Compliance, Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety organizations.

Under Fabrizio's leadership, the legal department has been transformed, with a focus on business priorities and providing pragmatic advice and solutions. Fabrizio has also redesigned the compliance strategy and programs, promoting a values-driven business culture. In addition, Fabrizio has implemented best-in-class policies, procedures, and resources to successfully mitigate contracting and trade compliance risks.

Fabrizio has also supported the strategic repositioning of the business by executing several divestitures and acquisitions consistent with the company's pure-play tools strategy. Fabrizio has advised the Board of Directors and executive management on strategy, risks and organizational initiatives to optimize business performance while meeting high standards of governance and risk management.

Fabrizio has also fulfilled corporate secretarial responsibilities, including market disclosures and securities law filings, and organized meetings of the Governance & Sustainability and Compensation committees of the Board. Fabrizio coordinated the corporate response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including development of safety protocols, quarantine pay policies, work flexibility policy, and office re-opening procedures.

Fabrizio Rasetti is a doctor of law who specializes in law. Fabrizio attended Georgetown University Law Center for their JD and Georgetown University for their BS in Foreign Service. Fabrizio also has a certification from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in Admitted to Bar, as well as certification from the Bar of Maryland, District of Columbia Bar, and State Bar of Michigan.

They work with Jeff Schmaling - Executive Vice President, Industrial and Energy segments, Scot Stein - Chief Information Officer, and Rick Dillon - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Fabrizio Rasetti reports to Randy Baker, President & CEO.
