Ashish KD Mathpal has a strong and diverse work experience in the packaging and pharmaceutical industries. Ashish is the Founder & CEO of PackSetu, a company focused on revolutionizing the packaging industry through innovative software solutions. Ashish has also worked as a Sales Leader in Healthcare Packaging at Honeywell India, where they excelled in key account management and business development. Prior to that, Ashish held various roles in packaging development and technical services at companies such as MeadWestvaco, Mylan Laboratories Limited, and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited. Ashish'sexperience includes team leadership, market expansion, and driving revenue growth. Ashish is a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader with a track record of success.

Ashish KD Mathpal completed their SMP degree in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a PG Diploma in Packaging Technology from the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING - IIP between 2002 and 2004. Ashish'sundergraduate degree is a B.Tech in Printing Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University, earned from 1998 to 2002. Before starting their university education, Ashish completed their 10+2 education in Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1998. Apart from their formal education, they also hold additional certifications such as Activity-Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, Leading with Intelligent Disobedience, and Shane Snow on Storytelling from LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green belt certification from Honeywell in 2012.
