Nancy Bache

Nancy Bache is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Acuity Brands since January 2019, Nancy is responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies and managing a team of recruiters across North America. Prior positions include HR Strategic Business Partner and Regional Talent Acquisition Leader at NCR Corporation, where Nancy played a key role in staffing initiatives and managing recruitment processes for North America and South America. Previously, at Bank of America, Nancy held several executive roles, including Vice President of Global Corporate Services, focusing on change management, talent development, and program management. Nancy holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University.
