Joe Childers

Joe Childers currently serves as a Producer at JTS since September 2023 and has held the position of Director of Sales at Acuity Group since March 2018, while also being part of the Implementation Team at Acuity Group, LLC. since April 2016. Prior to these roles, Joe Childers was the Employee Benefits Consultant and President at Watershed Benefits from June 2012 to April 2016, focusing on employee benefits and assisting companies in adapting to the healthcare marketplace in Arkansas and surrounding states. Earlier in the career, Joe Childers worked as the Regional Sales VP at Transamerica Worksite Marketing from June 2008 to June 2012, responsible for sales across several states. Educationally, Joe Childers holds a Bachelor’s and MBA in International Business from the University of Central Arkansas, completed between 1996 and 2001.
