Joan Johnson

Joan Johnson is an experienced contracts management professional with a comprehensive background in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Contracts at Acuity, Inc. since December 2018, Joan has demonstrated expertise in partnering with federal clients to enhance agency performance through innovative solutions. Prior to this, Joan held significant positions at Engility Corporation, including Sr. Manager of Policy and Compliance and Director of Contracts within the Intelligence Solutions Group. Joan's earlier experience includes leadership roles at TASC, Inc., ITT Advanced Engineering and Sciences, and ARINC Engineering Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing federal contracts, compliance, and staff training. Joan holds a Master's of Leadership and Management from Marymount University, a Graduate Certificate in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Augsburg University.
