Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Acuity International since October 2019, Kelly Smith leads the Center of Excellence in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Policy Integration and Implementation, providing HR support to geographically dispersed programs. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at both Applied Insight LLC and Intelligent Decisions, as well as HR management positions at Northrop Grumman and SuprTEK. Kelly Smith holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
