Jacob Duke

Jacob Duke is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Head of Technology at Acuity Technology Partners, LLC, where expertise in the Workday ecosystem drives client success through customized solutions. Previously, as Director of HR Technology at Highmark Health, Jacob spearheaded the configuration and development of various HR technologies, including Workday and Salesforce, while implementing strategies that achieved significant operational efficiencies and savings. With a strong foundation in project management and data analytics, Jacob has successfully executed large-scale integrations and enhancements, resulting in improved HR processes and decision-making. Educationally, Jacob holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
