Vlad Novopoltsev has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Vlad began their career at arvato services Estonia as a Quality Coach/Trainer, where they were responsible for monitoring customer service representatives to ensure constant improvement and progress in Microsoft Xbox and related products' support. Vlad also ensured that service reps had the required information to provide world class support and worked together with service reps to develop their strengths and reduce weaknesses related to Microsoft Xbox and related products' support. In 2011, they joined arvato UK & Ireland, where they held roles as a Quality Analyst, Trust & Safety CSR, and Customer Service Representative. In 2012, they moved to Dow Jones, where they held roles as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Customer Solutions Engineer, Developer Support Executive, and Technical Support Executive. Vlad Novopoltsev has a varied educational background. Vlad attended Tallinna Humanitaargümnaasium from 1994 to 2006. Vlad then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2006 to 2009. Most recently, in 2020, they completed an AI Programming with Python course from Udacity in the field of Computer Science.
