Carla Cannova-Gibbons, PMP

Carla Cannova-Gibbons, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carla is currently working as a Data Solutions Architect at AcuityMD, starting in July 2023. Previously, Carla held various roles at Komodo Health, starting as Solutions Strategy Manager in June 2019 and progressing to Pre-Sales Analytics Lead, Commercial Data Strategy Manager, and finally Senior Manager, Pre-Sales Analytics. At Komodo Health, Carla focused on leveraging data-driven insights to improve patient care and reduce disease burden.

Before joining Komodo Health, Carla worked as a Principal Consultant at RX Data Analytics, LLC, specializing in targeting and compensation analytics, data warehousing, project management, process improvement, database administration, and more. Carla also gained extensive experience with data from Symphony Health, IQVIA, and Komodo Health in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Carla was a consultant/contractor for Symphony Health Solutions from 2015 to 2018.

Carla began their career as a Senior Operations Specialist - Client Implementation at Symphony Health in 2008, where they contributed to the integration of patient, prescriber, payer, and clinical data for healthcare and life sciences manufacturers, payers, and providers. Carla continued in this role until 2015.

Outside of their professional work, Carla has been involved with CASA of Arizona - Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children as a CASA Volunteer from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they dedicated their time to being a stay-at-home mother for their family.

With a strong background in data analytics, project management, and healthcare, Carla Cannova-Gibbons, PMP, brings valuable expertise to their current role and previous positions.

Carla Cannova-Gibbons, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2019.
