Jitesh Somdut

Jitesh Somdut has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Their most recent role is as a Data Engineer at Aculocity, which they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PARIS Technologies International from 2021 to 2022, where they held two positions: Business Intelligence Consultant and Software Support Consultant. Their responsibilities included business intelligence analysis, financial reporting, software support, and database design. From 2019 to 2020, Jitesh worked at S.A. Windows & Door Manufacturers as a Sales, Procurement & I.T. Manager, handling various roles such as sales, procurement, and network and system maintenance. Jitesh also gained experience as an Assistant Computer Technician at eThekwini Municipality during a vacation work period in 2014.

Jitesh Somdut completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Excel Expert (Office 2019) in January 2022 and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate in October 2021.
