In 2015, they transitioned to Egencia as a Customer Relationship Management Manager, and later became a Marketing Automation Manager. Their career progressed to Amazon as a Digital Marketing Manager and then to Inviso as a Marketing Automation Project Manager at Microsoft. Most recently, they have been working at Limeade as the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and is currently the Director of Marketing Operations at Acumatica, where they oversee Marketing Operations, Web Development, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Automation teams. Throughout their career, RJ has focused on driving results through data-driven strategies and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business growth.
