Fridah Ngondi

Fridah Ngondi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and client service. Currently serving as a Fellows Programme Associate at Acumen since November 2022, Fridah previously held roles such as Client Service at BrandSpark PR and Experience Manager at Heroes for Change, where leadership included managing a network of 500 volunteers across five cities in Kenya. Fridah has successfully directed family services at Mavuno, leading programs aimed at supporting children, families, and adults with specific needs, and has developed and executed various initiatives while ensuring community engagement and successful fundraising campaigns. With a strong background in training, curriculum development, and program coordination across multiple countries, Fridah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Daystar University.
