Sam Holt

Sam Holt is a seasoned director and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in community engagement, development, and education. Currently serving as a director at EggSeeds Ltd and The New Windsor Hotel Restaurant and Bar, Sam has also been an Acumen Fellow since 2021, collaborating with social leaders to address poverty and injustice. As a community mapping specialist with Cardiff Transition, Sam contributed to the development of sustainable initiatives, and held coordinator and mentor roles with Renew Wales, supporting community groups in tackling climate change. Sam's background includes a successful tenure as Community Development Manager for Llanrumney Hall Community Trust and Charity Development Manager for Pentrebane Zone, securing significant funding for various projects. Sam holds a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Cardiff University.
