Junwoo Hyung

Junwoo Hyung is a Policy Lead at Acumen, LLC, where responsibilities include leading the Data Operations team to develop data infrastructure and provide data-driven policy consultancy for government and research institutions since April 2019. Prior experience includes various roles at Glass, Lewis & Co. as a Data and Policy Analyst and Research Associate, contributing to proxy consultancy on corporate governance issues. Junwoo also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, and gained experience as an Equity Research Summer Analyst at Petra Capital Management. Early career experiences include roles at the Government Employees Pension Service and as a Research Intern at The Beautiful Foundation. Junwoo holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a high school diploma from MIT International School, Manila.
